Teryl Rothery is a Canadian actress on stage, television, and film. She is most famous for her role as Janet Fraiser in the TV series Stargate SG-1. [1] She was the main character in Cedar Cove's Grace Sherman, as well as appearing in major roles such as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow, and Celia Hudson, in Nancy Drew. She has appeared in a number of television movies. Rothery began lessons in dancing when she was nine years old. In 1995, Rothery considered that this was the start of her career in entertainment. She was 13 years old at the time she began dancing lessons. At 14 she was a part of Bye Bye Birdie,[3] and when she was 14 she performed she appeared in The Sound of Music at Marpole Community Theatre. In her youth she danced on The Irish Rovers variety television show[2] and also appeared in The Sound of Music when she was 14 years old.
