Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a popular American performer and actress. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. She's the daughter Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. Kristen is Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen was already a skilled entertainer at an early stage. In 1992, she went to her very first audition. The audition was for a part of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell's mom introduced her to an agent when she was 13, and she got her first role in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. Also, Bell began taking classes in acting privately. Bell had an uncredited role in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell participated in the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. She was cast as Dorothy in the high-school production of The Wizard of Oz. Bell then moved into New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. Bell left college in 2001 when she landed the role of Becky to play Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. The film was cut, however, her scene was cut from the film, and her appearance was only in the credits. Bell made an appearance on Broadway on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival that featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
